Before Dying can occur, traps must be cleaned and decreased and ideally have a light coat of rust for the trap dye to adhere to. Bring water to a boil prior to adding dye. Traps should be left in solution for 15-20 minutes or until the desired level of dying has occurred. Hang and let dry before waxing.
