The Zara Spook invented the walk-the-dog retrieve almost 75 years ago. All others are just posers. Designed to allow you to control the lure's action; with a slack-line twitch of the rod tip that creates the left right, 'walk the dog' action. These lures have a reputation of drawing fish from as far away as 20 feet and the strikes are vicious. Be sure to allow the line to tighten up before you set the hook.
